Rescheduling and cancellation
- Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Shorter notice may count as a missed appointment.
- Cancellation
- Consultations cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled or refunded. Same-day cancellations are reviewed case by case.
- Missed appointments
- No-shows without notice may forfeit the consultation fee or any deposit paid. Contact as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
- Consultation fee
- The initial consultation is complimentary. Paid strategy sessions are confirmed in writing before any invoice is issued.
Prices, timelines, revision terms, cancellations, refunds, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before any purchase.
Career services can improve clarity, positioning, preparedness, and confidence, but no résumé writer or career consultant can guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases, or specific employment outcomes.
Client information is treated as confidential and used only for the agreed service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any legally required disclosures.
