Accessibility Statement

This website is designed and built to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Our commitment

Career support should be available to everyone. Accessibility is treated as a requirement of the build rather than an afterthought, and it is reviewed whenever the site changes.

Measures in place

  • Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a logical heading order on every page
  • A visible skip link to main content as the first focusable element
  • Keyboard access to every interactive control, with clearly visible focus indicators
  • Colour contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA for text and interface elements
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology
  • Form fields with persistent labels, clear error messages, and status updates announced politely
  • Motion that respects the operating-system reduced-motion preference
  • Touch targets sized for comfortable use on mobile devices
  • Text that remains readable and usable when zoomed to 200 percent

Known limitations

Third-party features that are not yet connected — including the scheduling calendar and payment checkout — will be re-tested for accessibility once enabled. Any limitation found at that point will be listed here.
